House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Rick Crawford has commented on the recent airstrikes ordered by President Donald Trump against Houthi rebels in Yemen. In a statement, Crawford emphasized the administration's approach to national security.

"If it has not been made clear already, President Trump and his Administration are ushering America into a new age of U.S. national security," said Crawford. He highlighted the administration's shift from deliberation to decisive action against perceived threats.

Crawford stated that a "very clear message" was sent globally: any attempt to challenge the United States would be met with significant force. He praised President Trump's strategy of projecting strength as a means of maintaining peace.

Crawford also expressed gratitude for the communication from the White House regarding the airstrikes and indicated his intention to remain informed as events progress.
