Congressman Mike Turner has extended his congratulations to Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted following his appointment to the United States Senate. The appointment comes as a result of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's decision to fill the vacancy left by Vice President-elect J.D. Vance.

As Senator Husted steps into this position, Turner expressed anticipation in collaborating with him. "I look forward to working with Senator Husted," he stated, aiming "to advance the priorities of Ohioans and ensure a prosperous and secure future for our nation."
