DML Hosts Kettering Health Programs

Dayton Metro Library’s Miamisburg Branch will hold two Kettering Health programs in the coming week: 

Stress Management, Saturday, December 10, 11 am-12 pmWhen stress becomes chronic, it can have a negative impact on health and well-being. In this program, patrons can learn how chronic stress affects different body systems and also how to use various coping mechanisms to help “stress less”.

My Chart, Monday, December 12, 6:30-7:30 pmMyChart is Kettering Health’s web portal and phone app that gives patients access to medical information, including records, appointments, and the ability to message healthcare providers. It is ideal for quick questions and updates on medical care. This program will walk patrons through how to access medical records, view test results, send messages, manage appointments, request prescription refills, view after-visit summaries, pay bills, and more.

The Miamisburg Branch is located at 545 East Linden Avenue, Miamisburg. Registration for these programs is not required.
