The Division of Waste Collection has announced that it will collect live Christmas trees from December 30 through January 17 in Dayton neighborhoods. After January 17, residents will need to request a bulk collection for tree pickup. Residents are advised to place their trees two to three feet away from their regular waste and recycling containers. The trees should be ready for collection by 6:30 a.m. on the usual collection day.

Residents are reminded that all lights, ornaments, and other decorations must be removed from the trees before placing them out for collection.
