DML Announces Program Line-up for PRIDE Month

Dayton Metro Library is offering engaging, entertaining, and enlightening programs in recognition of PRIDE month.

DML Bookmobile at PRIDE Festival and Parade

Saturday, June 4, 12 - 4 pm  |  Courthouse Square, Downtown Dayton

For Families  -  Visit DML’s Bookmobile for activities, booklists, resources, and giveaways.

Pop-up Health Clinic

Monday, June 6, 2 - 4 pm and

Tuesday, June 21, 12 - 2 pm

Main Library, Bassani Theater Off Third

For Adults - This free drop-in clinic, presented by Equitas Health, will offer blood pressure and glucose readings, HIV testing, ACA enrollments, scheduling services for Equitas, and oral health screenings.

Pride 2022 Art Exhibit

Thursday, June 2 – Tuesday, July 5  |  Main Library, Third Street Bridge

For Adults and Families  -  The art exhibit celebrates Miami Valley’s LGBTQIA+ community and is sponsored by the Dayton Society of Artists. Art on display will include digital, photography, mixed-media, oil on canvas, and textile collage.

PRIDE-themed Movies

Thursdays, June 16, 23, and 30, 5:30 - 8 pm  |  Main Library, Eichelberger Forum

The title of each PRIDE-themed movie will be announced on the day of showing, and will include LGBTQIA+ themes and/or characters.
