Transition Plan Open for Comment, Review

County of Montgomery recently issued the following announcement.

The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office will present its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Public Road Right of Way Transition Plan for public comment and review. A 

final public information meeting on the proposed plan will be held Jan. 27, 2022 at 10 a.m. on the 9th floor of the County Administration Building.

Please note that this plan applies to roads under the care and control of the Board of County Commissioners and the Montgomery County Engineer.  It does not apply to streets 

within cities or most roads within townships. Residents can attend in person or remotely. Contact Tracy Howell at howellt@mcohio.org or at (937) 496-3279 for a link to attend 

the meeting. 

The proposed (ADA) Public Road Right of Way Transition Plan is available forreview at the Montgomery County Engineer’s Office on the 8th floor of the Administration Building.
