US Representative Mike Turner, serving Ohio's 10th district since 2003, recently shared his views and announcements through a series of tweets. Turner's social media activity covers international conflict, upcoming media appearances, and issues concerning governmental transparency.

On December 8, 2024, Turner commented on the ongoing situation in Syria. He stated that "The civil war in Syria has been incredibly brutal. Hundreds of thousands of people have died. Assad used chemical weapons against his own citizens. His regime has fallen. The big question will be what this means for the United States and the rest of the world."

Two days later, on December 10, 2024, Turner announced an imminent appearance on CNN Newsroom Weekday with Pamela Brown. He urged followers to tune in by tweeting " TEN MINUTES Soon, I’ll be joining @PamelaBrownCNN on CNN Newsroom Weekday. Watch our conversation on @CNN."

Later that day, Turner addressed concerns regarding a report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz about the Department of Justice's conduct. He highlighted that "Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report documents outrageous behavior by the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice secretly accessed phone and email records of Members of Congress and their staff – without court review – merely because they had access to…"
