DML Offers TAI CHI For AAPI Month

Dayton Metro Library celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month by offering a Tai Chi class. A low impact form of exercise, Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise that involves a series of slow, focused movements which incorporate deep breathing.

Tai Chi: Better Health, Better Life

Debra Leonard, a senior trainer and instructor, will teach participants the basic moves of Tai Chi. This program is for all ages and abilities. Advanced registration is required.
