City of Union recently issued the following announcement.
Free assistance on completing city income tax forms
Mr. Eric Hein from CCA will be at the City of Union on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and again on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
This will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Call Mr. Hein for an appointment at 216-857-3174.
City tax forms are available at the City of Union municipal office and can also be obtained on line at:
http://ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us
Another options, is you can drop off your form and a copy of your W-2 in a sealed envelope at City Hall and they will complete the form and send you a copy.
