KETTERING HEALTH NETWORK: Community Conversations: Handling the Hard Times

Kettering Health Network recently issued the following announcement.

To say that 2020 has been stressful is an understatement. Join us for a conversation about how to value and take care of your mental health.

This event will be live on November 17th at 6:30 pm on the Dayton Daily News Facebook page and hosted by Community Impact Editor, Amelia Robinson.

Speakers include:

Beth Esposito - president and CEO of Samaritan Behavioral Health

Julie Manuel - clinical program manager, Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center

Brian Merrill - assistant medical director, OneFifteen

Lisa Balster - director of patient & family support services, Ohio’s Hospice

This year has features a contentious election that continues to cause headlines. Social unrest following the death of George Floyd under a police officer’s knee. A pandemic that has claimed nearly 240,000 American lives, including thousands in Ohio. How do we adapt and move forward?
