The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Desiree Tims, Friends of Desiree Tims, refunded $1,000 to Barbara Lee on June 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Friends of Desiree Tims refunded $1,250 total since January 1.
