Mike Turner marks NATO anniversary and shares updates on social media

U.S. Representative Mike Turner, who serves Ohio’s 10th district in Congress, recently marked the anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty and shared personal and public updates through his social media posts.

On April 4, 2026, Turner commemorated NATO’s founding with a historical reflection: “On April 4, 1949, the North Atlantic Treaty was signed in Washington, uniting the United States, Canada, and 10 European nations in a historic commitment to collective defense and peace. Then, and now, it stands as a powerful example of what strong alliances can achieve. 77 years” (posted April 4, 2026).

The following day, Turner informed followers about an upcoming television appearance: “I am about to go live on @ThisWeekABC, tune in!” (posted April 5, 2026).

Later that same day he posted a holiday message: “Wishing you an Easter filled with connection, renewal, and the people who make the season meaningful.” (posted April 5, 2026).

Turner has represented Ohio’s 10th District since replacing Tony P. Hall in Congress in 2003. Born in Dayton in 1960 and currently residing there at age 63, Turner holds degrees from Ohio Northern University (BA), Case Western Reserve University (JD), and the University of Dayton.
