Mike Turner addresses Ukraine support, local industry growth, and Passover greetings

U.S. Representative Mike Turner, who represents Ohio’s 10th district in Congress, recently posted a series of messages on social media addressing topics ranging from international conflict to local economic development and religious observance.

On March 31, 2026, Turner wrote in support of Ukraine’s efforts against foreign aggression: “We need to support Ukraine’s effort to ensure that aggression and authoritarianism does not win.”

The following day, April 1, 2026, he congratulated Sierra Nevada Corporation for expanding its presence at Dayton International Airport: “Congratulations to @SierraNevCorp on their 4th hangar at @DAY_IntlAirport. This is an excellent development for both our regional economy and national defense. Thank you SNC for your continued investment in our community.”

Later that evening, Turner acknowledged the beginning of Passover with a message to those observing the holiday: “This evening marks the start of Passover. I wish all those celebrating a happy, healthy and peaceful holiday season. Chag Pesach Sameach!”

Turner has served as the congressional representative for Ohio’s 10th district since 2003 after succeeding Tony P. Hall. He was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1960 and continues to reside there. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Northern University and law degrees from Case Western Reserve University and the University of Dayton.
