Turner has represented Ohio’s 10th congressional district since replacing Tony P. Hall in 2003 and continues to reside in Dayton where he was born in 1960. His educational background includes degrees from Ohio Northern University (BA), Case Western Reserve University (JD), and the University of Dayton (JD).
