The City of Germantown is seeking a team of professionals to assist the City, business owners and property owners in the preparation of a downtown redevelopment plan for our historic downtown. The project will include the preparation of a vision and road map that guides reinvestment efforts by both the public and private sector to make downtown Germantown a Miami Valley destination to enjoy attractive buildings, vibrant businesses and community events.

The team will evaluate the historic downtown’s strengths and opportunities as identified by the City Council appointed Economic Development Committee, as well as seek comments from City Council, business owners, property owners and residents regarding how to revitalize and enhance Germantown’s historic downtown district.
