City of Oakwood recently issued the following announcement.

Beginning in January 2022, closed captioning services will be available for all programs shown on the Spectrum Government Access Channels operated by the Miami Valley 

Communications Council (MVCC).  This includes Oakwood City Council meetings that are shown live and rebroadcast each month on Spectrum Channel 6.
