Dayton Metro Library, in partnership with Montgomery County, Culture Works, the Ohio Arts Council, and the Dayton Metro Library Foundation, is excited to announce that Check Out the Arts 2022 will be held at the Main Library, Friday, September 30, from 4-8 pm and Saturday, October 1, from 10 am-4 pm.

Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a variety of artistic performances from local creatives and arts organizations. Experience music, theater, dance, puppets, poetry, independent film, and interactive art workshops in both casual encounters and on formal stages set up throughout the Main Library.

COTA will feature Dayton Performing Arts, Urban Sketchers Dayton, SOS ART Cincinnati, Leesa Haapapuro, and Sarah Maxwell, among many others. A complete schedule of artists and their events/performances can be found here.

The Main Library is located at 215 East Third Street, Dayton, between Patterson and St. Clair Streets, with free parking in the garage attached to the Library on the St. Clair Street side.
