Join us for the 70th Annual Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council Safety Conference & Symposium!

This years conference will feature a keynote presentation by Justin Ganschow, Business Development Manager with Caterpillar Safety Services. Justin has over 20 years of experience in public health and private industry and is a sought-after international keynote speaker and writer on the impact of leadership and human biology on workplace safety and culture. During his presentation, Justin will explore how we interact and work as leaders and employees impacts our ability to create safer and more efficient work cultures. This presentation will allow you to better understand yourself and be equipped to establish psychological safety in your organization, building stronger connections and solving business challenges. 

In addition to our keynote presentation, we will offer 14 educational training sessions presented by regional and nationally recognized speakers. These sessions will feature a variety of broadly reaching workplace safety topics that are applicable to a wide array of businesses. We will also have an exhibitor showcase and many opportunities for networking throughout the event. 

This year, we will also be introducing the Excellence in Safety Award. This award was created to recognize companies in the Dayton area who have exemplary safety programs. The winners will be announced and awarded at conference. 

Lastly, this event counts as ONE credit for the Ohio BWC Safety Rebate Program for both Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council members and non-members enrolled with another Safety Councils as an external credit. It can also count as a 2 hour BWC Group Rating Safety Requirement credit.
