Join us to learn more about Empower, a 10-month cohort, blending professional business coaching with innovative curriculum and problem solving, designed exclusively for mid- to upper-level management women business leaders.

The Dayton Area Chamber has partnered with the world class leadership & training development center, Aileron, to offer the Empower program to the Dayton area business community. This unique partnership will provide Empower participants with in-depth leadership workshops combined with engaging day-sessions, business coaching, and an extensive network of training support. 

Empower aims to:

  •  Identify individual leadership strengths, values and goals
  •  Eliminate barriers to advancement
  •  Encourage authentic self-reflection
  •  Develop a personal brand
  •  Build a support system through peer-cohort and hands-on business coaching through a partnership with Aileron
  •  Change the culture within organizations 
  •  Connect dynamic peer leaders
